Brownies for Diabetics 1/2 c Oleo
3 ts (scant) loquid sweetener
2 Squares unsweetened chocolate; ( melted )
2 Eggs
1/2 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Sifted flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Nuts; ( if desired )
Cream oleo and sweetener until light and fluffy. Add chocolate beat
until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla, Add flour, baking powder and
nuts. Beat until smooth. Spread batter in greased 8x8" pan and bake
30 mins.
