Low Fat Brownies Brownies:
2 c Flour
1/3 c Carob powder
2 ts Baking powder
1/3 c Honey
1/2 c Unsweetened applesauce
1 c Fruit juice
1 ts Vanilla
Icing:
8 oz Tofu (medium consistency)
2 tb Brandy or 3/4 ts Imitation brandy flavor
4 tb Carob powder
1/4 c Honey
To make the brownies, Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Add
dry to wet. Mix well and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Easy!
and then for the icing, Put all this stuff in a food processor or
blender and blend until smooth. It usually takes 5 minutes for the
tofu to get really blended in. When brownies are somewhat cool spread
this on top, but don't wait too long after you make the icing cause
