Blond Brownies 1 Stick butter or margarine
1 c Brown sugar
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
2 tb Milk
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/8 ts Baking soda
1 pn Salt
1 c Chocolate chips (6 - 8 oz)
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
Cream the sugar and butter, beat the egg, vanilla and milk in. Stir in the dry ingredients, then add the chocolate chips and nuts. Spread in a "brownie-size" pan (greased and floured) and bake 20 - 25 minutes at 350 degrees. (Careful not to overbake!)
