Brownies Supreme

1 c. plus 1 tbsp. Crisco
5 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, chopped (optional)

Mix together and pour into 13 x 9 inch greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Don't worry if they appear to fall.
