Fudge Brownies

1 pk (3.9 oz) instant choc pudding
1 pk (18.25 oz) choc cake mix
12 oz Choc chips

Mix pudding according to pkg directions.Add cake mix and stir,will be thick.Add choc chips and stir. Place on greased 15x10x1 baking pan.350 for 30-35 min.Dust with confectioners' sugar.
