Butterscotch Brownies 1/4 Lb. butter
1 C. finely grated coconut
2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. chocolate chips
1 1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. butterscotch chips
2 eggs
1/2 Cup walnuts, chopped
1 Tbsp. water
Melt butter. Add sugar and flour. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add water. Fold in coconut, chips and nuts. Spread in greased 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees F, 30-35 min. Butterscotch Brownies printer friendly version located here. Click Back to return. |
